Yes I purchased it. It had no title only a bill of sale. I did all the leg work and have a current title for the vessel. I purchased the tubes and the aluminum track to attach them. The tubes are off a Zodiac and need some modification. They are a soft foam filled with a 8" air tube in the center. They are Hypalon and the inner flap needs adjusted. Once I mocked the tubes up I realized that it is bigger than I can use in my application. The hull is very clean and does not appear that it was ever in salt water to me. If your a project person you can put this boat together reasonably. It is set up as a tour boat or whale watch.
