For Sale 20' Avon Searider SR6 6.0 RIB in California

This small project is coming to a wrap so I figured I would post it up for sale to see if anyone was interested.

The hull is a 94, fiberglass is in good shape and tubes are fine with no leaks and no recent/major repairs ever done. Its powered by a smooth 2006 Honda BF150 4 stroke that pushed the rib to 49 MPH on the last run with 2 people. I am fine tuning the outboard height now and hope to see 50+ MPH. I just installed a new Seastar hydraulic steering ram. It has a new Racor fuel filter setup, new control cables, new key panel, new top mount throttle/shift controls, new RDS 40 gallon aluminum tank, VHF radio, Sony marine radio and comes with a trailer. The original arch and tow post are also included.

$13,700 is the price. I would keep this beast but I have another RIB I need to get rigged up. I can also sell it with twin 70HP Yamaha 2 strokes for $11,000 (sidemount controls, harness and gauges included).

Had a good last day on it yesterday then took the new owner out on it today. He drove all the way down from Alaska. Hope to see him on the forum with some pics from up there.

Thanks guys, I miss it already. The SR6 was actually "sold" a while ago when the buyer committed to making the deal so Im glad I was able to keep it a bit until he made the trip down to pick it up.

So within the last few days I picked up that 20' Caribe and two Zodiac MK5s. Now I can pretend to be a millionaire cruising to my imaginary mega yacht or a Navy Seal doing clandestine fish extractions. They should be for sale soon.

By the way, since I had a single motor on the SR6, the tow post wasn't used. If anyone needs a tow post for a good price (free ninety-nine), let me know. It can be easily modified to be universal.
