Just a note: vessel for commercial operation with 6 paying passengers or less does not need to be made in USA. Commonly referred to as 6-pack. Anything more than 6 passengers requires COI (Certificate Of Inspection) by USCG and has to be USA-made hull and conform to USCG Inspected Vessel guidelines. 6 or less anything goes.
