Thank you Alpha. I will say that the tubes were wet in that picture and that always makes 'em look shiny doesn't it! These tubes just completed a major overhaul and are 100% functional, no surprises.
OK, update and backstory about this set, and pictures....
I just received these back from Paul Wright of
Wright Repair - Inflatable Boat Specialist, the best in the business as far as I am concerned in my region.
It had a diver door and I wanted him to make them a standard set of tubes while retaining the 5 chamber functionality. $2,000 later of craftsmanship Paul returned these to me and they are ready to be put into use.
I envisioned them as being a spare for my 733 which has been my primary boat but things have changed and I've got both a 9 meter and 11 meter in the pipeline, so I'm divesting of this 7 meter set.
This set is a Zodiac Hurricane Technologies original circa 2001. The hypalon ranges in shape from very good to fair in certain areas where the UV has done its work. There is no signs of base layer weave anywhere on the structural elements and the hypalon remains thick and serviceable all around. There are 5 patches in various positions. Majority of them are new that Paul just applied.
I'll have the pictures do the rest of the talking...
