Cummins 6BT 210 hp from 2001 7m Willard
Hi guys,
The Cummins is now for sale. My repower has proven itself so now I have no more need for this engine. There are some pics of it coming out of the boat under my willard repower posting. Yes it looks rusty just like every unrestored engine in ex navy willards. It starts in half a turn, runs perfectly, does not smoke.
I put 220 trouble free hours on this motor. Oil changed every season.
I thought it had an oil leak but I discovered a plug on the oil pan was only finger tight and was dripping maybe a drop a day.
Comes with the Cummins panel and harness. 24Volt set up. For those unfamiliar this engine is all mechanical 12 valve design. No computers, no electronics. Once started give this engine clean fuel and air and it will continue to run and run.
Motor is shrink wrapped on a pallet ready to ship or be picked up.
Asking $5500 USD.
