Admiral trailers

Has anyone got an Admiral Trailer?

I have been offered a Agency for Admiral Trailers they seem very good quality, has any one seen one thats a bit older, i am wanting to see what there like after a good few dips in the water and if any problems arise. They seem alott cheaper than most other brands, the owner of admiral tells me it's because of the qty they make/put together.

Any comments good or bad greatly recived.

Jahno - got one and very happy with it, it's always stored inside when not in use though. Extra support for the brake cables would be usefull but no complaints from me.

Admiral trailers are supplied with Ribeyes as an option.

I wanted to buy a used one from the dealer, but both Admiral trailers they had had suffered some form of failure and they were going to have to send them back. They were used, but only a year old.

So I bought a de Graaf trailer instead.

Sorry, Jackeen was very tired last night Richard, having dragged Zebedee out of a couple of feet of water at Lee onto said trailer. (Myself and the intrepid captain of Ocean Spear were as usual of no help at all). I'm sure he'll find time in his hectic work schedule to post a reply to Jahno today!!!

He wants to get a winch fitted to his trailer, it makes it a lot easier.

Steve,

I'm really happy with the deGraaf trailer. Very helpful people and excellent quality plus great to tow and launch/recover. Highly recommended.

I've only owned two trailers both bought new and they were Indispensions a roller coaster three and a nine, and in my opinion they both suck.

I haven't seen the Admirals, so I can't comment but I have seen de graffs and I think they are well put together

I have allways had Hallmarks - smaller ones are ok, big ones are not so user freindly. they are also pricy.

Admiral prices can be viewed at-

and purchased here-
