Help needed please

Just launched the boat and had some great fun!
Brought the trailer back and I noticed one of the rollers went flying off into a hedge.
Do you know what the missing part is called please and also should there be another roller on the second hole?

Measure the roller and order a new one. You are missing one side and a nut. Should be a lock nut and a washer. The roller may or may not come with hardware. When installing only tighten enough so it move freely.

That is often called the snubber. If it was fitted in the bit in the first picture. A longer keel troller would do the job which is in a single piece but you would need to get the correct length
