New trailer jockey wheel?

Need to get a new jockey wheel for the trailer. Current one doesn't seem to be right, needs to be tied up with cord to keep it off the ground as the 'pinch' bolt doesn't hold it high enough due to the diameter of the jockey wheel tube.

Isn't a huge issue as I don't tow far, but bugs me and I want it to be right!

Anyway, question is, is it anything special or can I buy any online/eBay jockey wheel?

Boat is a ribcraft 5.85, single axle braked trailer. Should I just buy the right diameter to fit the clamp that's on the trailer?

Thanks. I'll check the dimension and order something from a trailer supplies place.
