Roller Coaster 1 Wheel Identification? +PCD guide

I've got a rusty spare (FYI - only radar refelctors should be secured in the catchwater position!) and I'd appreciate some help with identifying the wheel as there are two near identical possibilities as you'll see from the numbers below.

I'd also be grateful if someone could identify the equivalent car wheel and I could just get down to the dismantlers and grab a spare there.

BTW if anyone needs furhter detail on Pitch Circle Diameter this link has a great guide http://reviews.ebay.co.uk/Trailer-an...00000003577694 and there are other guides there on speed ratings etc.

My tyre is 145R12 Max load 350kg
The indespension part number is either
WR008 WHEEL RIM 4.00X12 4XM12 PCD 100 Bore 66 @£66.78
or
WR047 WHEEL RIM 4.00X12 4X7/16 PCD 101.6MM Bore 67 @£32.27

I measure the PCD at 101 so figure it's WR047 but the bore is closer to 66 than 67! suggesting a WR008. Sorry but I can't lay hands on my Vernier but hopefully someone on here will be more familiar than I am and help me nail it. I'm also puzzled by the 100% price difference for two near identical wheels but I think that may be a load rating. Weirdly if you buy either wheel with the same tyre on the price of each is within a few quid

So anyone know:
1) what wheel rim is fitted to the RC1 for this tyre size&rating?
2) what car wheel will do the job?
3) for bonus points what hub is fitted so I can get a bearing kit and start the season off well!

Many thanks for the help.

Have you checked the threads on your hub?

Not yet but good point -it's wintered away from home- and I know now I should have identitfied the studs as that might have provided the clincher. I only measured the PCD and bore figuring that and tyre dimensions would ID the rims and hubs. I didn't realize the 4" PCD and 100mm PCD hubs were so close and hard to differentiate or I'd have measured the studs and (weighed them as well!)

I don't want to go fetch the boat without a good spare and ideally bearings after a winter layup but I don't want to have to go down just to ID the hardware if I can avoid it!
