Snipe trailer part

I have a Snipe trailer and the bar across the back that has the rollers on it(sorry, don't know the technical term) is a tad rusty.

Is it possible to get a replacement for this?
I have been hunting the net and although I can find nearly every other part of a trailer I cannot find this bit. ....Or is there a trade member on here that can supply it?

The numbers I can fin on the trailer are ..
