Is it the soft or the super soft one's that have the green band around the edge?

Thanks for the offer mart, but its mostly Majors or their derivatives like the early County tractors or 'Doe's' I am interested in .. The vintage scene has become very strong lately with rarer models fetching very high money, I was offered a Doe_Triple_D for about £10000 a few years ago (which was two majors bolted together) made by Ernest Doe & Sons which I couldnt afford then, and a couple of years later a similar one sold at Cheffins auctions for £63000 albeit in slightly better condition. I'd hang to your original stuff , as it is becoming more collectable by the day

ok no probs ,just as you mentioned old tractors and they have been at the back of a cupboard doing nothing ,most of his were old david brown t.v.o, dextas, majors, grey fergies ,and a 3 wheel farmall, the old international factory was only a mile or so from where he farmed, all his stuff was sold off or given away when he died ,,, tell you what the doe,s were some animal ,though i heard that some early ones had problems with castings breaking ,i know they were fetching astronomical prices
