Remember seeing Al Unser talking about his affiliation with Chaparral back when Al Jr was about 5; Al Sr. had a snowmobile built for Jr. and was describing it on the show. Said it was geared to hit about 90 in 2nd gear; nobody had a clue what it would do in 6th.
