Trailer 4 FC530: Where 2 Position Bunks?

Hello, altering a 22ft boat trailer for hauling Zodiac FC-530. I'm installing two carpet covered 2x6 pressure treated or the recycled polymer decking, to 2" angle iron welded to the trailer cross members.

Going to fab a hinged support for the Johnson Enforcer 55hp IMARS using the attachment points for the rollers currently on it.

Anyhooo, should I position the bunks directly under the speed tubes or just inboard of the speed tubes ?

I have bunk boards under floor and transom and log beams outside of speed tubes carrying the tubes.
