How to remove an Alko brake drum
Did a quick vid, for a 'Ribnetter', yesterday, on how to remove an Alko brake drum. Figured it'd be worth putting the link up on here too, in case it's of use to anyone else:

Good video, no split pins on the nut then? Also like your cordless and cap removal tool

No split pin in this one Whisper, Alko just use a large hub nut, generally torqued up to 290Nm.
Yup, the Snap-on gun is a weapon. Had it for years and she's still going strong. The dust cap removal tool is invaluable for removing the Alko style dust caps. You can use a screwdriver, but it tends to bugger up the dust caps. This is so much quicker, safer and better for the customers' property.

Nice vid Ben.What make is the cordless?
That's an Alko axle with sealed bearings for reference if someone's not sure-Split pins are only used on taper roller bearing axles and you'll destroy taper roller bearings if you try torqueing them up.
