Trailer hitch torque

Hi gents. Any idea how much torque should be used on the bolts securing a hitch to a trailer drawbar?
The secondary connection has almost rusted through and it's secured on the same bolts. It's just one of 3 repairs that need doing after Friday!

M12= 88lbft / 65Nm

Snap (excuse the pun ) mine also broke at the w/e rusted through although i power wash after every use think i will renew every yr for peace of mind.
