Does anyone know if there is a standard pressure for trailer tyres. Mine are around 35psi at the moment and look a bit 'squidgy', but on the sidewalls it's stamped with 65psi to provide certain load capacity. Any thoughts?
Pressure increases inline with the load on each tyre, up to your max 65psi. I take it you're single axle? I'd guess around 50-55 would be good for you, enough to keep the tyre fairly round in shape
Have a look on the sidewall first. You don't want to be over pressurising it! By law it should state a range of presssures or certainly a maximum one, go for the highest one.
