10hp-15hp is it possible?

Hi, I have a zodiac cadet 310s with a mariner 10hp on the back and it is bledy quick. Can get on the plane with 3 adults too. It's rated for a 15, and this got me thinking, I love the engine I have now, is there anyway of tuning it to make 15hp(surely a lighter version than a stock 15??)
The engine is a mariner 10hp late model 2stroke 100:1 ratio.
Believed to be a 2004 ish engine.
Grateful of any help, cheers

yes and if you get access to a parts list from Mariner that as I know was built by Yamaha and compare parts like crankshaft, carburator, reed valves inbetwin 10hp and 15hp if only carburator and reefvalves difer this is what you have toreplece to make it .

2004 Mariner 10hp motors are Mercury, not Yamaha.
