15hp 4 stroke fuel consumption

Pottering around Ulleswater yesterday, probably did 20 miles at various speeds. Mostly 1/2 - 3/4 wot. I noticed this morning that only 5 litres of fuel has been used.
Does this sound about right?

Sounds about right. I get around 4nm/L from the DF20 on the Volaire.

>>>Pottering around...

I'd say that's about right too. We never used our Suzuki 20efi on flat water but we consumed at the rate of 7l per 20Nm in on/off throttle sea conditions.

Thanks all. Good to know it's running efficiently and it gives me a good idea of what fuel to carry on longer trips. I have been taking far too much.
