1972 Zodiac Mk2(?) fittings for spray deck

I've just bought a good condition 1972 zodiac, I'm unsure of which model it is but it has the very old logo on the bow, the transom data plate says mfg 1972 and it is rated for a (400) 40hp.

It appears complete apart from the device to hold the spray deck up. From memory it is a hoop that fits into the sockets on either tube. Does anyone either have a photo of what it should be so I can search for it, or better still have one they would sell me?

Thanks.

It's more than a hoop I seem to remember. Have you the rubber "keepers" for the ends bonded to the tube insides... and one or more poppers on the edge of the spray hood? I'm looking out some old images that might show it as I had a 1972 Mk 1 and I'm guessing it's (the springy thing) the same but a little wider.

I am not with the boat at the moment but it definatly has the two rubber fittings on each side of the tube under the edge of the sparydeck which something fits into! I can't remember exactly what the fittings on the edge of the spray deck are - I think there were poppers but I will look tomorrow.

Thanks.

Thanks, boat looks the same as mine just smaller. I was hunting around for a tube type contraption in the garage where I bought it from so your photo will help me no end, hopefully I'll manage to find it today!
