I launch from slipways with a 3.9 wearing a 15 2 stroke. It's easy to launch on your own. Can be interesting 'un' launching at low tides on less than clean slipways.

This is with the motor attached. I suspect I wouldn't be able to take the boat out on my own with the weight of a 25 on all occasions. Splitting the act so that the motor goes in and on to the boat once launched would be fine.
