Not been there but have done that.

Dominican Republic , white water rafting along the turbolent Rio Yaque del Norte.

sorry no pics when going down the river , I am sure you will understand why. Too busy holding on and paddling for ones dear life.
This shot was taken during the training session . I was thrown out of the raft only once and survived to tell the tale.
What an experience. If any of you guys ever have the opportunity then it should not be misssed. Just amazing.

Andre

Hello folks

Sorry Kevin I can't get to Cowes, it's my 30th wedding aniversary so me and 'er indoors will be jetting off to Tuscany for a romantic week of celebration....

Those sibs must be damned tough Andre. Do you have any idea what material they are made of?

Hi Keith, Kevin and Andre. I just popped in to say "Hi!". I hope all is well with you and your families and that the new year will prove to be an adventurous one for all of you as well.
I haven't peeked in here for a while. We have twin babies who are now 12 week old and they have been keeping us busy. In addition to that I broke my foot last Sunday. As the saying goes, "It never rains but it pours!"
Take care! I'll peek in again later.

New Born

Hi Deana,

A belated "Happy New Year".

I am glad to hear that you and the twins are well, sorry to hear about the foot. How is your dad?, well i hope.

Just seen a video of the Team's crossing, excellent footage. Allan (the producer) has done a very good job.

Hope you get better soon.

Regards
Kevin.

P.S. Did you get the CD I sent of the homecoming Party?

Hi Kevin. Thank-you for your kind regards. Was there a second CD? I know I emailed you when I received the original one but I haven't received a second one. There were some photos of them entering the harbour with a lot of people looking on but nothing specific to a party.

I hope the video will be televised. I look forward to seeing it.

Dad is doing fine. I will be going home with 2 of our children for 3 weeks in July. I haven't been home for 3 years. Luckily, both of my parents have come to Alberta during that time.

Feel free to email me anytime. I look forward to hearing from you again.
