A few sib questions

As im unable to get a rib financially, i was looking to get a sib just to get back on the water. All i want to know is am i able to tow a couple of donuts (including the people inside them lol!) with a sib, and what sort of power will i need, length of sib etc. Any info is apprecited. Any recommendations for a sib is also helpful. Thank you.

14ft Avon or Zodiac with a 30hp engine should do it, will fit in the back of a hatchback with the seats down. Should cost around £1000 for a decent one.

Hi Gaz,

There are SIBs that are well over 6 meters long and are rated for + 200 hp, so yes, you can tow 2 donuts with a SIB if it is big an powerful enough. For towing a single donut with a kid, you will probably need about 25 hp (with at least a 3.8 m long boat) for it to have any giddyup.
