I made a simple A frame for my sib - attached it via 4 u bolts that were the right size to hold in place but not so tight couldn't slide in and out - didn't think about drilling a hole through for an R clip - would have been ideal.

Its now surplus so if you want it to play with it can be yours for a small donation to the Macmillan fund.
