Aerotec 380

Great day out on the water today, nice and quiet in Salcombe.

One slight issue, the bow chamber of the boat is loosing pressure fairly quickly. Going down from the 3.4 psi it should be to under 2 in 15 mins.

I'm not going to tackle this myself, it'll be going to someone like Paul Tilley.

My question; can I expect someone like Paul to locate and fix the leak as a service? Or will chaps like this just be about fixing a known leak?

Any help or advice gratefully received.

It's only one of two things; faulty valve or pinhole in the tube/split seam.

Pump it up fully, cover with soapy water and look for bubbles forming.

Being an Aerotec they do have reports of seam/abrasion issues.

booked in with Paul Tilley for 0800 on Monday morning, fingers crossed it is a simple fix and we're back on the water sharpish!
