Any Other Avon Rover Aero owners Here?

I haven't seen much in the way of posts from owners of Avon Rover Aero's here. I realize these boats are no longer manufactured by Avon... I understand 2010 was the last production/model year for Rover Aero models... but I am a bit surprised and curious that there isn't much talk about these fun little boats here in the SIB forum.

Here's a couple pic's of my 2007 Avon Rover 310 Aero...

That looks a nice outfit... proper wooden oars too like the old Avons.

Thanks... I really like it. I bought the boat 2 years ago from the original owner, who had only put it in the water a few times since he purchased it new in 2008. In fact, he never even put a motor on it, just used the oars to row it around on a small lake. So while it was a technically 'used' boat, for all practical purposes it was a virtually brand new boat as far as its condition when I bought it.

It also came with everything that Avon originally supplied when it was new... owner's manuals, hypalon repair kit, Bravo pump, carrying valais, and those nice Lahna wood oars. Best of all, I paid $800 USD for it, which seems like a bargain all things considered.

From the little information I've been able to find online, I believe the last few model years of the Rover 310 had a retail price in the range of $2500-2800 USD, which would have made them uncompetitive price wise with the much cheaper Chinese PVC SIB's of similar size.
