Avon 1985 S4-00 Aluminum floor help needed

I acquired a 1985 S4 that is missing the bow flooring section. The section forward of the aluminum, which would have the inflation hole in it. I assumed I would manufacture this piece myself. My problem is I’ve never seen it, and can’t find clear pictures or dimensions to fabricate it from! Note: a cross-member board is there, it’s about 8” wide and appears to be an original piece. Again, I’ve never actually seen one of these boats and the pieces so it’s extremely hard to envision exactly what this board needs to be. Could someone please help me with pictures and other information?Thank you!Click image for larger version

Ok, so with these measurement I certainly have a start point!
What about the edges? Was there rubber or anything where it meets up to the tubes on the sides? Also what do the forward and aft connecting pieces actually look like? Are they each like a “U” or “H” channel metal?
Seems like this 2015 thread was on an all wooden floor, are they still the same size pieces?
Sorry, but having never seen these pieces i got questions.

Just radius the edges round, all the boats I’ve had have been. I’ve no idea about the connection but the bow board needs to move up and down to allow flexibility of the bow so for me a U would be best. Looking at the floor you have it looks H section so the bow board needs to fit loose to allow movement

Thanks! So the board in question that I am going to fabricate needs to be able to sort of pivot up with the front of the boat?
The idea is that the entire floor holds tension from front to rear yet this Bow board is able to pivot upward just a bit allowing the upward pitch of the front of the boat?

As the tubes at the bow lift/flex the board moves up and down the board is held in place under the tubes and yes keeps the rest of the floor in place

Get a big piece of cardboard, put it in the floor. Cut it with scissors until it fits perfectly, and then transfer that to marine ply. You'll want tension from the bow to the transom, so there's no slack in the hull.

1 more question! Thrust board: There was one with the boat, but no “bow” board and not installed. The thrust board seems in good shape but now that I’ve fabricated my new bow I have no idea how the thrust board is installed or placed. It has rubber mounted on each side which are good looking, but appears to be missing something in the middle. My greatest drawback is that I have never seen this boat put together properly so I’m not sure how it is all supposed to fit together in the bow area. Any help and lots of pictures of how one is supposed to look will help thank you.
