Avon 310 rib replacment tube costs- any idea?

I've a nice secondhand avon 310 rib but the tube is showing age and neglect. There are leaks on each side ( slowish) and a lot of fowl action underneath where its been sat for ages.
This is a restoration project but wondering if its very costly to have the tubes replaced ( if they still exist).

Is this even economical considering the secondhand market moves up and down with bargains.

I have all winter indoors to have a go at it or just had it over to a company if viable.

Any pointers appreciated. Heres some images attached I hope.Click image for larger version

On this, has anyone had good results with using pints of latex rotated to the inside as a back up for poorish exterior hypalon ?Click image for larger version

Probably more fails than successes with the pour in liquid repair. Probably cost more for tubes than the boat is worth to retube. Hypalon is fairly easy to patch if you can find the leaks & they are in an accessible place to repair, the rear lower cone seams are probably the worst place to repair & likely the most frequent to need repair on an older boat like that one.
