Any help would be gratefully received

Avon s250 floor

I have the same boat.

It has a front piece which is tapered to fit before the wooden cross member in the bow.

Behind the cross member fits a further 3 floor panels and two angled side pieces with alloy c sections

Of the 3 floor panels the front piece had chamfered sides which are to the front then square sides which slide into the c sections.

The middle floor just has square sides which fit into the c section. And finally the rear piece is same as front but is fitted with chamfered section to the rear. It also has a hole so you can see water in space under the floor created by the inflatable keel. I have a drawing but cannot attach pm me I may be able to send to email or WhatsApp etc

Small piece locks between front cross member and front board. This you slot in then step on to lock the floor in place. My has assembly instructions printed on a large sticker on it.

Thanks
So between the nose and the wooden bit sealed in and the first section with the side rails?
That kind of makes sense maybe I just didn’t get the nose piece in far enough the
Just need to sort out the valve in the keel that seems to be locked in the deflate position because the spring is down

What size engine are you running on it
My data badge says it will take a 25 horse engine but the shop said don’t put anymore than a 3.5 on it

The locking piece goes behind the fixed cross member and locks the front of the main floor.

The bow shaped piece just fits in front of the cross member. Held in place by the tubes.

Running a 9.8 tohatsu actually using it the other day and it’s tricky to get it out of the hole onto a plane.

Not sure if it’s because I am a Lardy or I need to adjust something. Have tried a tiller extension etc. fitted a new prop today as the old one a bit battered will have it out in the morning to see if I can get it set up right.
