Hello and welcome to the forum. I was so sure I had a link to a Typhoon manual somewhere but frustratingly can't find it.

However across all makes and years tube pressures are pretty similar. The nearest I can find for yours is a manual I have that covers the 3.4m Avon Rover model. The tube pressure is 3psi. Sometimes the inflatable keel is a little higher... say 3.5psi.

Is your Typhoon a black one with red accents... really like the look of those.

Nice boat, sometimes it has pressures on the plate on the transom but as fenlander says 3 psi most common.

Cheers

In that colour scheme that's one of my favourite old SIBs.... well done.

Re lifespan. Assuming the transom is sound and there are no seams peeling don't worry about it. Just keep an eye on the seams and make local repairs if needed.

That looks to be in really good condition. You can use remotes on that as well.
If memory serves correct I believe Avon also made a limited edition Spitfire. That model was red with black trim.
