Obviously how low they are fitted in relation to the bottom of the transom will make a difference, and presumably the SIB that you are fitting them too. I have not experienced any turbulence from the wheels whatsoever.

l actually can't remember where l bought them from, it was last year, it could have been Chas Newens if they were recommended on here.
l'll give them a call and see if they have me on record as a customer.

The wheels are fitted as high up the transom as l could get them, about 4cm

Any higher than that and the wheels would touch the bottom of the boat when fully lowered.
