I have the Navionics UK@Holland. After many upgrades very nice to work with.
Maps, tides, etc.
Use it as a backup beside my Lowrance with the Navionis Gold map.

There is great App from Magic Seaweed that is aimed for surfing, but gives predictions on tide times, sea state, swell height and interval, with % probability. It is very useful if you boat in open water and want to check conditions before wasting a journey.

I also have Navionics uk/holland...... All I can say is wow!
For 25 quid on my htc smart phone, gives tide times, heights, wind speed/direction, a detailed colour map with tracking, measurements/distance, great zoom features. I find it really usefull for inshore fishing, and well worth the money for a back-up chart system or in addition to a paper chart. recommend to anyone.

Also incase you are wondering, it works without wireless connection just on the gps and shows your position on the chart at all times. also lat and long etc.
