Bombard 5C - 1978 help please

My friend have old Bombard 5C - 1978.
The tubes holds air, but need some repairs.
Can somebody help me with information about tubes material?

I would say at that age hypalon do a scratch test with your finger nail if it leaves marks and little specs of material its hypalon PVC doesn't mark pick a place that has been protected like under the hogging rail ( lifeline strip)

My C5 was pvc but it was a 1990s boat. An inflated pvc boat is nice and rigid but a hypalon boat is very springy and bendy. Kinda bouncy castle soft. Also the texture of hypalon to the fingernail is very soft and rubbery whilst pvc is fairly smooth and plasticy with a slight pattern of the weave visible.
