Hi all,
got bombard after 2 years of looking
Will send it out to Gambia as the sea is warm there after I sort it
Ended up buying also zodiac 340 air deck as well
So busy saterday
1 can mod the 20 hp yam to 25 ? 6a9 engine 100 to 1 pre mix,With new jet ? 45 kg ? Eightys engine
2 wheels on on 340 don't look best
Who has zodiac gen wheels as i want use on sandy beach
3 ,which engine shall I use as I also
Have 15 yam 4 stroke 45 kg
2005 engine

Falcon that's an interesting Aerotec you've bought. As far as I know it is from the earliest year of production (or at least sale in the UK). It has cone ends bit like an early Futura... never seen them on an Aerotec.

It looks mint and if the transom/floor seams are still sound an absolute bargain anywhere around the start price.

No idea re uprating the Yamaha... but for me the outboard choice is easy... the Yamaha uprated or not.

The 340 looks as if it has the brackets for Zodiac trim tabs and that's made someone space the wheels out from the transom on wooden blocks. They are of a basic and sound design for DIY flip up wheels. Their ability on sand would be determined by the wheels themselves... why not swap to the wide Sandhopper type for under £17 a pair inc delivery? If you went to the Zodiac type do you know they don't flip?
