Bombard Aerotec Repairs needed (scotland)

Hello,

Having just bought a 1998 Bombard Aerotec 380 for a song, it needs a fair amount of TLC including repairs.

Is there any recommendations on where to take it for a quote. I really would like to get it refurbished but not sure if it will be economically viable.

It's the self destructing time limited Zodiac glue. All the glued parts will need totally redoing. I'd fear it's not viable TBH if having to pay someone for what is a pretty time consuming and grotty job...

In fairness the eBay advert was on before I knew of the problems...

Taken down and selling all the bits instead. Going to have a go fixing it over the winter

Hmmm... May have been tempted to bid on the bow mounted launch wheels but don't think I'll risk it now 😕

Talking of RIBnet members with the same ebay name and a grey Bombard on the bay...

Nicely written listing too.
