Boston metal valves

Hi all, I've just bought an old Hutchinson 3m sub off ebay... can anyone tell me what the tubes are made from ie hypalon or pvc, and whats the best way to replace the old metal boston valves? And what's the best product to restore the tubes?? I'll try to get a couple of pics up for reference. All advice appreciated
