Buying a new Zodiac in the US and bringing into Canada
Hi,

Has anybody boat a new inflatable Zodiac in the US and brought it across the border into Canada?

I am not trailering (will be packed) it so will not need to go through RIV. But I am not sure what the duty would be since it is made in France.

You pay pst and gst on the declared value (bring your receipt). If they happen to notice that it's made in France there will be another small duty.
