Designing new boat

Is there anybody that can help me with design of a very small electric boat
I have the ideas in my head but need help with the hull profile, prop size and profile , prop depth , skeg profile very happy in paying the right person for some confidential advice

You need a Naval Architect. More specifically you need one that is really focused on high-performance powerboats. That narrows your field significantly. You'll need a big budget - make sure you understand who owns the design/production rights to anything they create.

Welcome to the forum.

You could try boatdesign.net and find a student that would be happy to help if you were to offer some money.

I think the operational profile i.e. the requirement is the first thing to define. That will determine your battery capacity which may determine the size.
