Ahhh good. I am not sure but if there is Gyro data recorded in your video it is possible to put the video into a piece of software and it can stabilise in that. Not that your video was bad just a suggestion
I know your really keen on seeing dolphins and although we saw a very large pod only half a mile from the shore, I still think your best bet to see them is New Quay in Wales. We were extremely lucky to see so many for so long in Fowey.
