Congratulations, its always nice to have some new owners of the KB350
I only bought my boat recently and haven't been on the water yet. Its surprising how quickly the cost mounts up for all the extra bits and pieces that you dont think of as being expensive.
Best Regards
Steve

Your right there Steve,
Its never ending I have also spent more than I expected and will properly spend more as I carry on down the learning path.
Way I look at it what’s money if you can’t enjoy it.
And I am really enjoying having my Elling KB 350

>>> how quickly the cost mounts up for all the extra bits and pieces that you dont think of as being expensive.
On the upside many of these extras last a lifetime (tools, anchor, ropes etc) or at least many many years (chartplotter, radio, lifejacket, safety gear etc) so as the years go on you find there is nothing left to buy even if you want to spend.

Do any of you use waders for launching? or do you have other ways of keeping dry (ish)

I generally with my grp boats always used thigh waders, folded down or kicked off in summer, left up in winter. They get pretty messy inside & out when landing fish though.
When I actually get this current boat in the water I will let you know what I used

As promised. Well chuffed with our purchase. Buying an electric pump tomorrow, I was like Windy Miller pumping that thing up!

There is so much info on that linked page but all you need to know (assuming you have the images on your PC/Laptop/Tablet) is the nitty gritty...
Below the Reply box, you will find a button labelled 'Go Advanced'. Clicking this button will open a new window and the third area down is for "Additional Options".
Click the Manage Attachments button there and in the window that pops up click up to five Choose Files and that will open up a window to search your computer for the image you want. Then click Upload.
In the attachment window you will find a list of the allowed file types and their maximum sizes. Files that are larger than these sizes will be rejected.

No, just not happening for me. I followed your instructions Fen and checked the files were ok size wise, clicked upload -all good, preview post - nothing whatsoever. Not too bothered but it will prevent posting stuff once I hit the water.

Do you think your images are above the size limit?
Shame if it won't work as I'm really keen to see all possible input on the Elling.
