I had a look at this and it makes sense to have the wheels as far forward as possible when down, also they would not drip water into the boat when up.
However to achieve this the brackets would have to be dropped by 50-52mm and the plastic brackets that hold the inflatable floor down would have to be notched to accommodate the bolt heads. The legs would still be fouling the fabric albeit not heavily, so it would pay to use several stainless washers to space the lower holes of the bracket away from the transom.
For now I will live with it and give it a try, I am happy that reversed wheels are in front of the C of G of the motor. Maybe I would make some custom brackets if it doesn't work out.
