Wow..nice Bass Pete.

I went out for a couple of hours SIB fishing today.. and here is my catch ..

Its a pile of mince as I wouldn’t eat any of this motley lot.. still it was their lucky day as each and every fish was returned unharmed and swam away to fight another day.


I guess the Smut was the best of a bad bunch..but I would happily swap the lot for a mackerel.

I could at least eat that :-D














Still...the scenery was to die for..and I caught a good day to see it too .

At least you had a bit of sport.

Went out this morning but the water was too coloured from the blow up we've just had. The wind was stronger than I'd expected and it was going with the tide, so we drifted to fast.
We only stayed out a couple of hours, I managed a codling, the sun showed it's face and it was a nice bumpy ride back, so it wasn't all bad.

good pics any day on the water is a good day ,i went to the northern boat jumble ,my heads mashed wether to get a bigger sib (mines 3mtr) or just get an outboard and keep an eye open if a decent boat turns up over winter lol
