Hi looking for some advice I have a Wetline pvc inflatable that I am going to fir D rings for davit lifting points. Question is I already have Hypalon D rings would they glue to pvc or am I better buying pvc D rings. Thanks in advance.
Hi Snelad, I would get some pvc ones for what they cost. You could glue the hypalon ones on, but you would need to use a single part hypalon adhesive on the hypalon side first then the 2 part pvc adhesive onto that and the tube. Just the two part pvc adhesive if you were to get the pvc ones. Ensure temp and humidity levels are suitable for the adhesive you use. Good luck.
