I managed to get hold of some closed cell foam about an inch thick, cut it to size and fitted it inside my sib.

It is a slatted wooden floor and It didn't feel ridged or comfortable enough for 2 people sat riding in it.

Just hope it does the job. A few pics...

Looks neat Mate,and must be an improvement on the Slats!..(Same SIB as mine!)
How easy is it to install and remove without damaging it?.. as I imagine you'll prob do it each trip.
What engine you using Steve?

Hi Matt, its strong stuff so will not tear, I have to let air out of the tubes to fit the mat over the floor area then re-inflate the tubes, its also closed cell so it will not soak up water.

Engine I have is 2011 Tohatsu 3.5 never used four stroke which I bought for an aux for my last rib and has been stuck in the garage ever since
