Glue

I live on a small island off the coast of Mexico & have a hypalon inflatable boat ( Takacat) . I was wondering if it’s ok to use 3M 5200 on a hypalon to glue on a carrying handle which has come off. I’m unable to obtain any hypalon glue due to shipping flammable containers but do have a new unopened tube of 5200.

Thanks
