I need to reglue my pvc floor to the wooden transom. Any recommendations for brand of glue? This is where the bottom fabric wraps up the lower back of the transom.

Welcome to the forum.

Everything you need to know about gluing PVC is here: http://polymarine.com/pdfs/Polymarin...-Use-Guide.pdf

Ambient temperature and surface preparation are all key to a good repair. There may be suitable Bostik adhesives state-side, but this should give you some help regards procedure, degreasing, etc.

Good luck.

Thanks for the help. Defender carries Polymarine over here, and I will order some. I have done some fabric gluing in the past but not PVC to wood. Should be the same process. I just wanted to throw something out to the group in case there was something I hadn't considered.

The wood needs to be heavily degreased with MEK before gluing.

After prepping the wood with MEK, for the Zodiac 7096 glue, I thin some glue 50% with MEK, and I apply that to the wood and let it cure first to serve as a primer. Then I follow the standard PVC layup.
