An educated guess Looks to me like an ex fire service flood rescue boat made by S.I.T ( specialised inflatable technologies )based at Leyland in Lancashire .

This one looks hardly used and I havent cleaned it yet, None of the d ring or patches are worn and has gas inflation ports,
Ive got a trailer, I think ill lend my brothers 25hp and give it a whirl.
Is it worth advertising on here ? for sale

That looks like a quality sib and quality normally sells.
I do not know what it is worth but.......
I would stick it on ebay as a classified add say £500.00 (it could be worth a lot more, or not) with best offer, then wait and see what (if any) offers come in.
It is all about how you list it, make sure you take good photos and highlight the build quality.
A session on Google might give you more information.
Good Luck

Did you acquire it just to flog it again? What did you pay for it? I know someone who might be interested if its in the North of England / South of Scotland, and at the right price.
If you were going to advertise it - you'd probably want to be able to describe its history, brand etc quite clearly otherwise you won't get the best price, avoid any misleading or dubious claims as someone on here will usually see through them. Packages generally sell easier - but may not give you maximum £.

I purchased this in a job lot and i thought it was possibly worth £500+, I have found a spec patch inside and it states 7 man, 700 kg weight, 4.4 metre, 30 hp maximum engine size (manufactured 2007).
I have been told its hypalon, All the valves are leafield inflation with Pressue valves and its an emergency rescue boat. There are one or 2 d-rings missing but in the main looks in good condition?
I was after some ideas what to do with it and I think ill gumtree/ebay it starting at £400 and see what happens. I was offered £300 for it last night so he can pull it apart and cut the dropthread floor down.
Thanks for the suggestions chaps!

Is there a makers name Simon?
You might get £500 for it - but you need to find someone who has a need for a large SIB. Its too big and heavy, and too complex to fold up every time for most of the advantages of a SIB to be applicable. At that size anyone who can store and handle it might be better looking at an Avon sea rider which would handle the waves better etc.
