I have a Zodiac ? with data plate

length 3.40 meter
max hp: 10
Shows that it is a type model 1143.
What does that mean? Could anyone help with the year model-apparently it is shown on the data plate if you understand it. Would this be a Hypalon boat and not Strongex.Any other info on the boat would be great.
