Help from Honwave Ally floor SIB owner

I've realised that the used BL Ribs 3.6mtr SIB (similar to Honwave T35 AE) that I've bought recently is missing the stringers that keep the floor rigid. Would a T35 owner be kind enough to measure the channel thickness, where the stringers fit over the floor sections. I'm hoping I can just purchase a set of Honwave stringers to sort me out.
Alternatively, I could rout channels down some mahogany, teak etc to do the same job - do you think they'd be strong enough to serve their purpose? The last thing I want is for them to snap and puncture all 3 air chambers!
Thoughts and feedback gladly accepted.
