Welcome to RIBnet!

That's a fine looking Quicksilver Airdeck - hard to tell which model but it's looks like a 340? Nice price. I'd get rid of that rusty fuel tank, it's not doing the airdeck any favours. What is the Yamaha, 8hp?

The SIB is a few years old - I think the regular cone endings went out of use a few years back.

I reckon it's one with a flat floor and inflatable keel, given that the keel appears drunk

600 quid is pretty good

Look at the 3rd pic-the keel definitely isnt central. Maybe the deck isn't in properly in that one.

It should go like a rocket for what it is

If it has been well looked after that old school Yam 15 should be an ideal motor for that boat. I don't reckon they build motors to last like that anymore.

The keels are loosely clipped into the stern at the transom and free at the bow so can move around. I'd guess that one has just come off. The deck inflates first and then the keel.

That looks like a manual in the pic. Have a good read at it. If you want to get the best from that rig and not damage the SIB, get the inflation correct. Partial inflation in the correct sequence, then final top off to the three recommended pressures. You will need a pressure gauge - there is one on some QS pumps which you may be getting in the deal...

20-25mph. If you get the inflation right, otherwise, 15mph, maybe...

Pump (lot of work with this, but cheap and effective, gauge included. You should find a cheaper one on ebay

Have a look at this thread Linky

Used to have a 1998 Quicksilver 330 model with wooden floorboards, do you have the 300 model ? Was very well built, good PVC fabrics and still in use today. Before pumping keel, grab air valve with hand, move it side ways and center in middle air deck front hole, when keel is completely inflated will be centered to form a nice V keel tent at middle hull.

If wanting cruising perfection top air to at least 3.00 PSI once sib is floating, use a pressure gauge, buy one if not available.

Happy Boating
