Help valve fell in tube!

I have a 4.6 Avon Typhoon, circa 1990. I believe it has the A7 valves. I was trying to unscrew the valve to add air and it would not turn. I used force and the valve came apart. I have all of the outer parts which appear to be intact. The inner parts fell into the tube. Is it possible to grab the inner valve through the boat fabric and push it back through the opening in the tube. Then screw the parts back together? If not what is the repair procedure.
Thanks

I have in the past done the same..
It's quite easy to re assemble the valve "Through" the material. Takes a little time but it can be done.
